DO you take my insurance?
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider for all PPO insurance plans, though a portion of my fee is typically covered after your deductible has been met if you have out of network coverage. This means that you are responsible for paying the full fee upfront for each session and your insurance will reimburse you directly if you have out of network benefits. How much is the session?
Couples Intake - $230
It is very important for me to join with you and learn as much as I can about you both. Expect to meet with me for 75 minutes during our first appointment. Every session after the intake appointment will be 60 minutes ($180).
Individual Sessions - $150
All individual sessions, including intake appointments, are 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available and sometimes recommended for those who plan to come in biweekly.

What is IvyPay?
IvyPay is an app specifically designed for therapists in private practice. It allows you to put a card on file without providing me with your information directly. Payment is processed with a push of a button — you can use your debit, credit, HSA or FSA card on file. IvyPay is designed to be HIPAA-secure.
How do I make a DEPOSIT to confirm my appointment?
After your appointment request is accepted, I will send you an email with information to log into my client portal. Once all paperwork has been completed, prior to our first appointment, I will send you a text message to the phone number you provided with a link from IvyPay (this may appear on your phone as “Talk to Ivy”). You simply input your payment information and we are all set!
If your appointment is not within 24 hours, your deposit amount is 50% of the session fee. The remaining balance will be charged the day of the session.
If your appointment is scheduled less than 24 hours in advance the deposit amount will be the full session fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or make changes to a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time via phone (leave a message if I do not answer) or e-mail. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for payment of the full session fee.
DO I have to use IVYPAY?
IvyPay must be used in some capacity for the first session. This is done to keep a card on file and adhere to my cancellation policy. If you would like to pay in cash for your sessions I will simply charge a small amount via IvyPay to store the card on file.
Payment options: cash, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards.
Can we meet for a longer session?
Of course! As long as increased session time is in your therapeutic best interests, I will definitely recommend it.
For high-conflict couples or clients who plan to come in biweekly, sessions longer than 60 minutes can be very useful and productive.

What is Teletherapy?
Teletherapy is typically conducted via video or phone sessions. Life happens and I want to support you in your most convenient platform. Telehealth therapy is a great option for individuals with complicated schedules as it can take place in the convenience of your home or current location.
Video conference sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA compliant platform through my client portal. You will simply click on a video link and be directed into my virtual waiting room.
