Fees

My rate for a regular 50 minute session is $150.

Intake appointments for minors are $225 for an 80 minute session.

Intake appointments for couples are $300 for a 100 minute session.

Every session after the initial intake for minors and couples will be a regular 50 min session unless a different arrangement has been made.

Deposits are required to hold intake appointments. Fees are collected at the time of service. Cash, check and debit cards are accepted forms of payment.​

Insurance

I am not currently affiliated with any insurance panel. This is to ensure the greatest level of privacy, flexibility and control of your treatment and mental health records.

I am considered an “out-of-network” provider for all PPO insurance plans, though a portion of my fee is typically covered after your deductible has been met. This means that you are responsible for paying the full fee upfront for each session. I am able to provide you with a superbill at the end of each month that you may then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and is completely dependent on your coverage.

You can check your coverage by asking your insurance company the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many mental health sessions per calendar year does my insurance plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network mental health provider?

• How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Sliding Scale

I am committed to making mental health services accessible. I provide therapy at a reduced rate for a limited number of clients who are not able to afford my full fee due to temporary financial strain. Please contact me for more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for payment of my full session fee
